Roche is seeking a Delivery Manager (RDT) to lead complex, multi-team deliveries as STE/RTE. You will define roadmaps, drive delivery efficiency, and mentor teams within a SAFe framework, leveraging deep pharma industry understanding and CRM experience. Hybrid work requires in-office presence about two days weekly.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, strategic problem solving, and strong coaching across the organization, with senior executives and cross-functional teams involved.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Solution Train Engineer (STE) responsibilities in multi-team Agile Release Trains and Solution Trains.
• Pharma/Life Sciences industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with enterprise CRM platforms (Veeva, Salesforce Health Cloud, SAP CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics 365) highly desirable.
• Proven track record in senior delivery management archetypes (Program Manager, STE, RTE, Agile Coach) with large-scale programs.
• Extensive Agile practices implementation and driving organizational change across product lines.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives, product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on complex deliveries and define roadmaps as STE/RTE.
• Drive efficiency improvements and mentor delivery teams.
• Communicate strategic solution visions and align stakeholders across programs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery across large-scale programs and PI planning.
• Navigate organizational complexity and manage dependencies across domains.
