Job summary

Roche Holding AG is seeking a Delivery Management Professional to lead medium to large initiatives, manage diverse stakeholder expectations, and drive value delivery across Informatics and RDT Pharma R&D domains.

You will define scopes, facilitate efficient delivery, and mentor teams in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment while aligning with organizational objectives and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record operating in a Delivery Management archetype (e.g., Project Manager, Service Manager, Scrum Master, RTE, Agile Coach).
• Experience delivering complex features or projects across functional areas.
• Demonstrated ability translating requirements into strategic implementation plans and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Scope / Content Leadership: define, manage, and control scope of medium to large initiatives with moderate complexity.
• Accountability/Problem Solving: analyze delivery problems, drive root-cause analysis, and develop improvement plans.
• Stakeholder Management: identify diverse stakeholders and develop comprehensive communication plans.
• Impact/Strategy: contribute to product/domain goals and ensure value delivery through team processes.
• Complexity / Product Size: manage complex features/services across products or services.
• Business/Technical ability: translate business needs into delivery strategies and optimize processes.
