Job summary

Roche in Madrid is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to lead, plan and implement complex deliveries within RDT Pharma Commercial Market Access, collaborating with Product Managers and IT partners.

You will define scope, timelines, budgets, manage risks, and drive value delivery across global locations, leveraging SDLC knowledge (Waterfall, Agile) and ITIL practices. This role requires autonomy and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience overseeing initiatives with autonomy, coordinating complexity and scale.
• Strong understanding of System Development Life Cycles (Waterfall, Agile, iterative).
• Ability to manage the complexity of scope, time, cost, quality, risk, global teams.
• Experience applying ITIL practices for service management and operations.
• Vendor management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees initiatives or streams with autonomy, coordinating complexity and scale.
• Deliver end-to-end Pharma Commercial Market Access RDT initiatives from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resources; lead the team.
• Manage risks and dependencies; remove impediments to improve delivery.
• Ensure projects deliver value and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, IT Partners, and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Develop partnerships with third-party resources; drive process improvements.
• Understand the big picture and interdependencies with other projects.
• Contribute to growth of the RDT Pharma Commercial Market Access department.
• Act as trusted advisor on IT to support business objectives.
