The Knot Worldwide is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in Barcelona to shape our data strategy for the Marketplace. You will guide experimentation using advanced analytics, translate insights into business impact, and mentor teammates to raise data capabilities across the organization.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to design experiments, build scalable data products, and drive data-driven growth while aligning with ROI and revenue goals.

Formación

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field preferred.
• 2+ years in data science or advanced analytics with leadership or project ownership.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with experiment design, analysis, and rollout of A/B and multivariate tests.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions.
• Apply advanced statistics and ML techniques (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression, classification, clustering, forecasting, causal inference) to derive insights.
• Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests and promote best practices.
• Build reusable, scalable data products and self-serve capabilities for multiple teams.
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations tied to ROI, conversion, retention, and revenue.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment.
