Babel Profiles in Barcelona is seeking an Experienced Data Analyst – Digital Sales to transform data into business impact across high-traffic e-commerce platforms. You will lead A/B testing, design scalable tracking, and turn complex datasets into actionable KPIs and dashboards.

You will collaborate with product, engineering and business teams, own the experimentation lifecycle, and help scale analytics across European markets with modern BI stacks such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and BigQuery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital analytics, CRO or experimentation on high-traffic platforms.
• Strong command of KPI design, data governance and reporting.
• Hands-on with modern BI tools for dashboarding and analysis.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and SQL across data pipelines.
• Ability to translate data into revenue-driving insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to shape analytics roadmaps for the digital journey.
• Architect scalable tracking and ensure data integrity for BI reporting, A/B testing, and third-party tools.
• Turn data into product strategy by defining KPIs and building dashboards.
• Own the experimentation lifecycle from hypothesis to go/no-go decisions.
• Scale testing across platforms and European markets with automated tooling.
