DayOne seeks a Senior IT Engineer (Server) to oversee deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of data center infrastructure. You will deliver Level 2 network/server support, lead infrastructure projects, and work with internal stakeholders to ensure reliable IT environments.

The role requires strong hands‑on experience with VMware, Windows/Linux, and storage, plus excellent communication. This is an on‑site position in Madrid, with DayOne offering growth in a fast‑moving data center

Formación

• Minimum 3 years managing medium‑to‑large enterprise network/server environments.
• Hands‑on with enterprise networking: routing, switching, troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers and virtualization platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end‑to‑end IT infrastructure projects and oversight.
• Provide Level 2 support for data center and enterprise networks.
• Maintain server, virtualization, and storage platforms.
• Develop and implement standard configurations and runbooks.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
• Collaborate with operations teams and vendors.
