Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease seeks a seasoned Business Analyst Lead for Advanced Analytics & Data Management. You will translate business needs into scalable data requirements, drive governance, and shape end‑to‑end data products across EUCAN & International.

In this role you will lead requirements, support BI delivery (Power BI), ensure data quality, and enable trusted analytics with AI-enabled possibilities while maintaining strong stakeholder collaboration in a regulated environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, information systems, data & analytics, life sciences, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, data and analytics delivery, BI, or related function.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for data engineering and BI teams.
• Solid understanding of data structures, semantic layers, KPI logic, and analytics workflows.
• Experience with BI tools, ideally including Power BI; Snowflake experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Shaping solutions from business needs; translate demand into structured, scalable requirements.
• Ensure data products, dashboards, and analytics are trusted, reusable, and aligned with outcomes.
• Lead business analysis across dashboards, data product changes, source onboarding, and solution updates.
• Support UAT, validation, and sign-off for dashboards and data products; enable business adoption.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enable AI-enabled validation while maintaining governance.
