AstraZeneca in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Manager, Medical Affairs Systems, Data & Analytics to lead cross-functional data initiatives across EUCAN, International & Japan, focusing on analytics, CRM operations and data governance.

You will translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions, partner with IT and vendors, oversee UAT and rollout, and ensure compliant, auditable delivery of medical data products.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, data science, information systems, business.
• Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare technology or another regulated industry.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM and integrations with data warehouses or enterprise data platforms, ideally Snowflake.
• AI-related certification or demonstrable success leading AI, GenAI, advanced analytics or intelligent automation projects.
• Strong understanding of data-product principles and lifecycle management.
• Experience translating business needs into requirements and working effectively across business and technical teams.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, cross-functional and international environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive operational excellence across Medical Affairs by connecting business needs, systems, data products, analytics and governance.
• Manage Medical Affairs analytics, dashboards, and KPIs across EUCAN, International & Japan.
• Provide hands-on CRM operations, onboarding, access and data reconciliation.
• Translate needs into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate UAT, release readiness, training and communications.
• Embed data governance and data product lifecycle practices.
• Act as the bridge between stakeholders, IT, data teams and vendors.
