Job summary

Mode.Inc is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to partner with the User Acquisition team. You will measure how we acquire users across apps and web properties, from attribution to payback, and turn findings into actionable spend recommendations.

The ideal candidate combines strong SQL/Python skills with marketing data expertise and data storytelling. You will design data pipelines, improve data quality, and own performance measurement across channels like Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and Unity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated analytical excellence in complex problems.
• Strong SQL and Python with large data sets.
• Hands-on experience with at least one MMP (AppsFlyer/Adjust/Singular/Branch).
• Experience building dashboards and LTV/payback models.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain datasets and data pipelines for self-serve analytics.
• Own UA performance measurement across paid channels and cohorts.
• Build predictive LTV models and cohort analyses to inform bids and budget decisions.
• Reconcile data across MMPs, ad networks, and internal event data.
