Job summary

Mode.Inc is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to partner with the Monetization team. You will own how we measure and grow revenue across our mobile apps and web properties, turning data into actionable pricing and revenue recommendations.

You will design data pipelines, maintain revenue metrics (ARPU, LTV), run pricing experiments with statistical rigor, and build cohort models to inform pricing decisions. Strong SQL and Python are required; experience with subscription apps and app-store mechanics

Qualifications

• 4+ years in analytics, preferably monetization or revenue analytics for consumer subscriptions/apps
• Strong SQL and Python programming skills with production data experience
• Business acumen to translate data into business impact
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with LTV modeling and revenue forecasting for subscription or ad-supported apps
• Experience designing and interpreting pricing/paywall A/B tests
• Familiarity with app store subscription mechanics and related platforms

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain datasets and data pipelines to empower self-service analytics
• Own revenue and monetization metrics (ARPU, LTV, renewal, churn, revenue mix by source)
• Design and analyze pricing, packaging, and paywall experiments with statistical rigor
• Build cohort and LTV models to inform pricing decisions and marketing spend
• Analyze ad monetization performance and balance revenue with user experience
• Reconcile revenue data across stores and platforms and investigate discrepancies
• Collaborate with Monetization, Product, and GMs on forecasting and roadmap prioritization
• Communicate analytical findings to drive alignment and measurable impact
