Allianz Commercial seeks an experienced Senior Underwriter Cyber for the Iberia region. You will underwrite profitable Cyber accounts, negotiate with brokers, and manage key client relationships, reporting to the Regional Head of Financial Lines Iberia.

The role blends risk insight with market relationships in Spain and Portugal. This position offers a hybrid work model with a base salary range and a performance-based bonus, plus benefits.

Formación

• Experience underwriting profitable Cyber business in the Iberia region.
• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
• Established broker relationships in Iberia Cyber market.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese or other Iberian languages a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite new and renewal Cyber accounts to meet top and bottom line targets under guidelines and delegated authority.
• Negotiate participation, pricing, and terms with brokers for profitable outcomes.
• Proactively manage exposure and concentration risks across the Cyber book.
• Support acquisition and retention of clients with Distribution and Client Relationship teams.
• Liaise with Market Management and Distribution on market initiatives and Cyber product development.
• Develop relationships with brokers and clients; represent Allianz Commercial professionally.
• Assess cyber risk exposures using controls, incident history and threat trends for pricing decisions.
• Contribute to policy wording design and consistency across offerings.
