Zurich Insurance Group in Madrid seeks a senior Cyber & Tech PI Underwriter to lead underwriting strategy, pricing discipline and profitable growth across complex risk selection.

You will own broker and client relationships, coach peers, and collaborate with claims, actuarial and portfolio management to shape strategy and governance. The role blends technical underwriting with business insight in a dynamic, inclusive culture that values impact and learning.

Formación

• Proven experience as Cyber PI and/or Tech PI underwriter or broker with strong market contacts.
• Deep knowledge of Cyber & Tech PI exposures, controls, coverages, and trends.
• Strong technical underwriting skills with emphasis on risk quality and governance.
• Solid business and financial acumen; ability to interpret P&L drivers.
• Leadership experience; ability to coach and translate strategy into execution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead underwriting strategy and pricing discipline for the Cyber portfolio.
• Underwrite complex Cyber and Tech PI risks in line with appetite and governance.
• Enable portfolio optimization and robust pipeline management for business growth.

You will lead underwriting strategy, ensure pricing discipline, and drive profitable growth through complex risk selection. You’ll own broker and client relationships and bring technical leadership to the team. • Underwrite complex Cyber and Tech PI risks respecting appetite, guidelines, and governance

• Leverage data and market insights to inform decisions and drive product/underwriting innovation
