Job summary

Pleo in Madrid is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to guide customers through seamless onboarding of spend solutions for Europe and the UK. You will configure activations, limits, cards, integrations, and provide training to drive adoption across diverse teams.

You will build strong relationships, align timelines and resources with customers, and collaborate with product and success teams while staying current with fintech trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer-facing roles (onboarding or success).
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial workflows is a plus.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and risk management for multiple onboarding projects.
• Ability to explain complex problems to data analysts, designers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements with customers after signup.
• Identify objectives, timelines, policies, systems, and rollout plans with clients.
• Configure Pleo for users (activation, limits, cards, integrations) and test integrations.
• Provide consulting, training and best practices to drive user adoption.
• Maintain relationships and gather feedback, CES scores, and testimonials.
