Viking EMEA is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative in Spain to act as a pivotal commercial and operational link among B2B customers, outside sales, and supply chain stakeholders. You will manage accounts, drive quote conversion, and oversee order execution from initial quotation to final delivery.

The role emphasizes proactive account management, cross-selling opportunities, and a robust understanding of SAP and logistics.

Formación

3+ years in a commercial, customer service or inside sales environment (ideally B2B).
Technical background or experience.
Solid SAP experience.
Experience or understanding of Supply Chain.
Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of international trade is a plus.
Comfort with phone communication.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Strong verbal and written communication; team player.
Fast learner; dynamic and agile.

Responsabilidades

Serve as a bridge between customers and key stakeholders to improve customer experience.
Build relationships with designated EMEA accounts; create accurate commercial quotations and input data into HubSpot.
Execute quote follow-ups and oversee order processing from quotation to delivery.
Provide first-level technical product support and share market intelligence with the sales team.
Oversee end-to-end customer journey from inquiry to order booking to warehouse coordination and invoicing.
