Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd. seeks a Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category.

You will oversee concept-to-performance loops, generate angles, drive production volume, and run structured tests with a focus on CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS, collaborating closely with User Acquisition. The role is high-impact and performance-driven, offering significant upside for top performers and a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription products.
• Proven track record of high-volume output and testing weekly.
• Deep working knowledge of major ad networks (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat).
• Demonstrated fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools.
• Ability to read creative-level performance data and act independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative angle strategy and test next hooks and value props.
• Lead production and testing velocity across networks with weekly concepts.
• Own creative-level metrics and derive hypotheses from performance data.
• Run systematic competitor research and track emerging formats and trends.
