Freenow is seeking a Senior CRM Technology Manager to lead the end-to-end CRM tech stack across multiple markets from Barcelona. You will partner with marketing, product and engineering to deliver data-driven automations and scalable CRM solutions that boost engagement and growth.

You’ll own the design, implementation and optimization of CRM at scale (Braze), develop pipelines with SQL/Python for segmentation and ETL, ensure data quality and compliance, and coordinate with North American teams

Formación

• 3+ years of multi-country CRM experience, preferably in mobility or related sectors.
• Hands-on experience configuring Braze for mobile apps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience with API integrations and understanding of data structures/microservices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage technical vendors and maintain system documentation.
• Write SQL and Python scripts for segmentation and ETL processes.
• Oversee multi-market CRM across 9 markets and coordinate with North American teams.
