Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Credit Risk to drive the development and growth of a credit risk product portfolio used by lenders to assess, price, and monitor borrowers. You will lead the roadmap for signals, risk scores, and decisioning tools, working with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and internal data teams.

The role is global in scope, offering ownership across the credit lifecycle, from onboarding to collections.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management experience at PM or Senior PM level.
• Direct consumer-side credit experience with lenders, NBFCs, BNPL or fintechs.
• Experience building and scaling credit products in international markets.
• Experience with credit signals, bureau data, alternative data, risk scores or fraud indicators.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to interpret Gini and KS statistics and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior risk leaders, engineers and sales.
• Ability to translate complex financial and technical requirements into product strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the credit signals roadmap and data sources.
• Engage with banks, NBFCs, and fintech lenders to translate challenges into product opportunities.
• Develop solutions for onboarding, underwriting, limits, early indicators and collections.
• Collaborate with data science to define signals and productionize models.
• Lead API-first credit products and decisioning tools.
• Monitor metrics like approval rates, delinquency, and fraud losses.
• Support GTM teams with positioning and pricing strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including RBI regulations and data protection.
