Tabby is hiring a Risk Analyst to analyze risk performance across products, work with large datasets, and support data-driven decisions balancing growth with risk discipline. You will collaborate with data, product and engineering teams to ensure healthy portfolio performance.

The role reports to the Credit Risk B2C department, with remote work options and opportunities to impact new markets and verticals. Strong SQL/Python skills and fintech risk knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in risk management, fraud analytics, or a data-driven role preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL, Python or similar tools.
• Understanding of consumer lending, digital wallets, transfers and fintech risk models.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Analyze portfolio performance, customer behavior, and key risk indicators across products and segments.
• Utilize big data analytics to identify risk patterns and insights; develop reports and dashboards to monitor risk metrics and present insights to leadership.
• Optimize risk strategies and policies to support sustainable growth.
• Contribute to the design and rollout of new products and policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launches in new markets and verticals.
• Continuously seek to improve risk management processes and strategies through innovation and best practices.
