Job summary

Glovo is seeking a Fraud Risk Project Manager to design, scale, and manage strategic anti-fraud initiatives across regions. You will lead end-to-end implementations, analyze risk vectors, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal and Compliance to build robust roadmaps.

You will prioritize initiatives by financial impact and risk, define KPIs, and balance fraud loss reduction with user conversion and seamless operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations management, project management, fraud prevention within tech, e-commerce, or on-demand delivery platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional projects and align technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of anti-fraud projects, tools, and processes across regions.
• Analyze fraud vectors, patterns, and financial impact to identify platform vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to deploy automated risk rules and detection systems.
