Monks, a global digital-first agency, seeks a Sr. Creative in Madrid to lead digital campaigns and develop standout visuals and copy for diverse clients. You will drive ideation, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivery of thumb-stopping content that resonates in today's social landscape.

You will mentor junior creatives, stay ahead of platform trends, and ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines while maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
• Minimum 5 years in a creative role with digital media focus.
• Strong portfolio of campaigns across digital channels.
• Excellent copywriting and brand voice adaptation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualise and execute creative and content campaigns from ideation to delivery.
• Collaborate with CD, strategists, and account teams to shape digital ideas.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
• Partner with creators, influencers, and production teams to realise ideas.
• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Present concepts to internal teams and clients.
• Iterate based on client feedback to meet objectives.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Mentor junior creatives and foster a collaborative team environment.
