Monks is seeking a Sr. Creative in Madrid to conceptualise and execute digital-first campaigns that elevate brand identities for clients. You will ideate, craft visuals and copy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful work in a fast-paced environment.

We value a strong portfolio, a data-informed mindset, and excellent presentation skills. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications is required, with a plus for Madrid market experience and AI tools

• 5+ years in a creative role with a focus on digital media and content.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative creative, digital media and campaigns.
• Expertise in developing concepts and executing campaigns across digital channels.
• Excellent copywriting skills with ability to adapt to brand voices.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Data-informed mindset with ability to create engaging content.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Resilience to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualise and execute creative and content campaigns from ideation to delivery.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, strategists, and account teams to develop digital-first ideas.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform changes to inform decisions.
• Partner with content creators, influencers and production teams to realise ideas.
• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Present creative concepts and campaigns to internal teams and clients.
• Iterate based on client feedback to meet objectives.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with high quality.
• Mentor and guide junior creatives to foster a collaborative environment.
