WPP Production in Madrid, part of the WPP global network, seeks a Senior Art Director/Creative Lead to shape visual concepts for multi-channel campaigns.

You will oversee 3D, motion design, and digital experiences, guiding teams across strategy, production, motion, UX/UI, and development to deliver high-impact visuals that align with brand goals.

Formación

• Proven ability to generate original creative concepts and transform them into relevant, distinctive visual proposals.
• Strong experience in Art Direction and 3D Design, with ability to lead projects end-to-end.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, 3ds Max).
• Experience with rendering/visualization engines (Redshift, Octane, Unreal Engine).

Responsabilidades

• Lead conceptualization and development of creative visual proposals with a focus on 3D, motion design and digital experiences.
• Define artistic direction for integrated campaigns and oversee visuals, assets and content across channels.
• Create mood boards, storyboards, animatics, and visual prototypes for clients and teams.
• Manage multiple projects, set priorities, monitor timelines, and maintain creative standards.
• Mentor talent and promote exploration of new tools and best practices in 3D visualization.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Account Management, Production, Motion, UX/UI and Development teams.
