Monks, a global digital-first agency, seeks a Sr. Creative in Madrid to lead digital campaigns and develop standout visuals and copy for diverse clients. You will drive ideation, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivery of thumb-stopping content that resonates in today's social landscape.

You will mentor junior creatives, stay ahead of platform trends, and ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines while maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
• Minimum 5 years in a creative role with digital media focus.
• Strong portfolio of campaigns across digital channels.
• Excellent copywriting and brand voice adaptation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing.

About The Role

As a Sr. Creative, you'll conceptualise and execute innovative, digital-first campaigns that elevate brand identities and engage audiences for our clients in Madrid. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful, thumb-stopping visuals and copy that resonate across the modern digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute creative and content campaigns from ideation to delivery.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, strategists, and account teams to develop digital-first ideas that align with brand objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform creative decisions.
• Partner with content creators, influencers, and production teams to bring social media and content ideas to life.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Present creative concepts and campaigns to internal teams and clients.
• Incorporate client feedback and iterate on creative work to meet project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Mentor and guide junior creatives, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.

About You

The essentials:

• 5+ years of experience in a creative role, with a focus on digital media and content creation.
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative creative, digital media, and content campaigns.
• Expertise in developing creative concepts and executing campaigns across all digital channels.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to various brand voices and tones.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Data-informed mindset with an understanding of metrics and the ability to create content that drives engagement.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate creative ideas to internal teams and clients.
• Resilience to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.

Not a Must, But a Plus

• Experience working within the local Madrid market or with international agency networks.
• Advanced knowledge of emerging AI creative tools or motion graphics.
