Astek Iberia is seeking an experienced Senior Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant to lead Coupa implementations and optimize procurement processes across international entities.

The role requires hands-on Coupa experience, strong ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics), and proven stakeholder management across global teams. Fluent English is essential and you will join a growing, multicultural organization in Madrid.

Formación

• Proven experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa implementation projects.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong background in Procurement and Finance transformation projects.
• Experience managing stakeholders and driving change adoption.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of Coupa and associated Indirect S2P processes across multiple business entities.
• Drive the rollout and adoption of procurement processes and tools among requesters, approvers, finance teams, and vendors.
• Coordinate and manage Source-to-Pay transformation initiatives and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, procurement teams, and system owners to ensure successful implementation.
• Support process design, optimization, and standardization activities.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Assist with change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools

This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in Coupa implementations, ERP systems, procurement processes, and project management, who enjoys working with cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment
