Astek Iberia is seeking an experienced Senior Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant to support the implementation and enhancement of procurement processes and systems across several international entities. You will lead Coupa implementations and collaborate with ERP teams (SAP, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics) in a global environment.

The role focuses on procurement and finance transformation, stakeholder management, and driving change across cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Proven experience in S2P and P2P processes.
• Hands-on Coupa implementation experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle EBS, MS Dynamics).
• Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
• Fluent English and excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of Coupa and indirect S2P across multiple entities.
• Drive rollout of procurement processes and tools among requesters, approvers, finance, and vendors.
• Coordinate Source-to-Pay transformation initiatives and process improvements.
• Collaborate with business, finance, procurement and system owners for successful implementation.
• Support design, optimization and standardization of processes.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and stakeholder engagement during the lifecycle.
• Assist with change management to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.

At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for an experienced Senior Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant to support the implementation and enhancement of procurement processes and systems across several international entities.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in Coupa implementations, ERP systems, procurement processes, and project management , who enjoys working with cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Coupa and associated Indirect Source-to-Pay processes across multiple business entities.
• Drive the rollout and adoption of procurement processes and tools among requesters, approvers, finance teams, and vendors.
• Coordinate and manage Source-to-Pay transformation initiatives and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, procurement teams, and system owners to ensure successful implementation.
• Support process design, optimization, and standardization activities.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Assist with change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools

Who are you?

• Proven experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa implementation projects.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, or Microsoft Dynamics .
• Strong background in Procurement and Finance transformation projects .
• Experience managing stakeholders and driving change adoption.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
