We are seeking a Contracts Manager for the Property Department in Madrid, Spain. You will develop contract strategies, draft and negotiate terms, and manage governance and documentation across the contract lifecycle.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 5-8+ years in contracts, with fluent English and Spanish/Greek proficiency preferred. A competitive remuneration package and flexible working model are offered.

Formación

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in contracts management, procurement, or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience drafting and administering complex contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms and contract administration practices.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Fluent English required; Greek/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage contract strategies aligned with procurement and project delivery.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions (including scope, pricing, and indemnities) in coordination with Legal.
• Lead contract formation activities, ensuring approvals and delegations of authority are completed.
• Ensure contracts comply with governance, procurement policies, audits, and maintain proper documentation.
• Manage contract change control, assess commercial impacts, and mitigate risks.
• Manage contract close-out, renewals/ expiries, and lessons learned.
