Formación

• Minimum 5 years in contract management or project management with contractual focus.
• Experience on international projects and EPC environments.
• Ability to translate technical and commercial requirements into contractual solutions.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and risk control capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead contractual negotiations with clients in coordination with Legal and Sales teams
• Manage internal contract review process, including interdepartmental coordination
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
• Ensure alignment between technical, commercial, and legal requirements
• Support project execution by managing contractual aspects, including variations, claims, delays, and related matters
• Ensure traceability and documentation of contractual changes
