Our client is a leading Group in the development of industrial infrastructures and the provision of services, and one of the major players in the renewable energy sector in Spain and Latin America. At this moment, they are seeking for a Contract Manager for their headquarters in Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive contractual management of large-scale EPC projects. This role requires leading complex contract negotiations, managing claims and amendments, and actively participating in alternative dispute resolution processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze contractual risks and opportunities.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and internal procedures.
• Participate in dispute resolution processes, including arbitration, mediation, and conciliation.
• Review and comment on contract terms, propose alternatives, and oversee contract-related communications.
• Negotiate claims related to timelines, costs, and liability limitations.
• Review and update documentation and change proposals.
• Prepare and negotiate claims with clients concerning time extensions, cost adjustments, contracts, and amendments.
