Job summary

Volkswagen Group Services is seeking a motivated Contract Manager to support the Sales team in managing B2B data licensing agreements across our product portfolio in Valencia. You will own recurring contract activities and collaborate with an experienced Data Licensing Manager in an international automotive data environment.

You will coordinate renewals and updates, manage the signing process, support negotiations, and act as a liaison between Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product to improve

• Contract renewals: End-to-end renewal of customer agreements, coordinating development, signing, and status reporting to ensure revenue realization.
• Contract updates: Tailor and version contract documents for customer needs to unlock cross- and up-selling while ensuring accuracy.
• Signing processes: Own and steer the digital signing workflow from preparation to repository management.
• Contract negotiations: Support negotiations between Key Account Management and customers through document prep and follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Act as liaison between Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product to improve contract processes.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Contract Manager to support our Sales team in managing B2B data licensing agreements across our product portfolio. In this role, you’ll take ownership of recurring, operational contract activities and work side by side with an experienced Data Licensing Manager, building a strong foundation in commercial contract management within an international automotivedata environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Contract renewals: Support the end‑to‑end renewal of customer agreements including contractdevelopment, customer coordination, signing‑process steering, and status reporting to ensure aseamless, gap‑free contractual basis and continued revenue realization.
• Contract updates: Prepare, tailor, and version contract documents for customer‑specific needsto unlock cross- and up‑selling potential while improving accuracy and compliance.
• Signing processes: Fully own, manage, and steer the digital signing process (e.g. DocuSign,Documill) from preparation and quality management to customer communication and document‑repository management.
• Contract negotiations: Support negotiations between Key Account Management and customersthrough document preparation and review‑process management, following up on agreedactions with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Cross‑functional collaboration: Act as a point of contact between Sales, Legal, Accounting, andProduct, and help drive continuous improvement of our contract processes.

Your Profile

• A completed degree or comparable qualification; first experience in contract management, legaloperations, sales support, or a related field is a plus (career starters welcome).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, for customer‑facing and internal communication;German skills are an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively acrossmultiple teams and external partners.
• Solid project management and reporting capabilities, including the ability to structure tasks,track progress, and communicate status clearly.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and a structured, deadline‑oriented way of working.
• Confident use of MS 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint); familiarity with DocuSign, Documill, andSalesforce is an advantage.
