Volkswagen Group Services is hiring a Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our Valencia-based Consulting team. You will support digital transformation projects from concept to implementation, applying project management methods and driving workshops with client leadership.

The role requires a strong background in IT-enabled change, excellent communication, and the ability to work across cultures.

Qualifications

• University degree focused on management, economics, engineering, or other quantitative driven academic background.
• 5+ years of professional experience in project management consulting or similar with digital transformation.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives, IT projects, and technology-enabled business change.
• Strong MS Office and Teams skills; Power BI and Agile are a plus.

We are currently hiring a Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our Consulting team for our new projects in Valencia.

Our Consulting department takes responsibility for providing project management support, professional business and strategic guidance services as well as technical continuous improvement advice to our Volkswagen Group partners.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Project support: Supporting consulting projects from conception to implementation for digital transformation projects.
• Project management: Application of project management methods.
• Problem solving: Structuring content and solving problems creatively and independently.
• Presentation and moderation: Of meetings at different hierarchical levels as well as across different company cultures.
• Active role in the company: Working on topics in parallel (this applies to customer projects, internal topics as well as support in business development).

What requirements are we looking for?

Education:

• University degree focused on management, economics, engineering, or other quantitative driven academic background (advanced education - Master level - in Business Management is a plus).

Digital Transformation Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management consulting or similar area, with relevant digital transformation experience.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives, IT projects, and technology-enabled business change.
• Experience managing digital transformation programs, bridging business needs with technology solutions.
• Strong background in delivering IT and digital transformation projects in complex environments.
• ProfessionalexperienceworkingatConsultingfirms.
• Some experience in structure and process analysis for transformation projects (in automotive industry is a plus).
• Mastering Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel) and Teams (Power BI and Agile are a plus).
• Structured, analytical and data driven mindset.
• Good competences in moderation and facilitation of workshops.
• Clear and structured communication style, with strong presentation skills, including with client senior management.
• Excellent intercultural and teamwork competence.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills (German is a plus).
• Willingness to travel occasionally (Europe and North America), as well as enjoying the day-to-day consulting dynamics and new challenges
