Lever, Inc. on behalf of a partner company is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual management of major hyperscale data centre construction projects across the UK and Europe.

You will lead cost control, procurement, forecasting, and financial reporting, working with Development, Design, Construction, Finance and Operations teams to protect project value and drive profitability in a fast-growing AI infrastructure environment.

Formación

• Experience forecasting cash flow and cost control on complex construction projects or portfolios.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline; MRICS or equivalent accreditation advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate cost data into clear guidance for senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial management of major hyperscale data centre projects within budgets, timelines, and standards.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX models, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Drive cost efficiency, value engineering, cost validation, benchmarking, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, trend analyses, and scenario modelling for senior management.
• Manage commercial change, evaluation, negotiation, approval, and documentation per governance.
