Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a VP of Sales to lead the Data Centre division and drive European growth. You will own the sales strategy, cultivate senior relationships with hyperscalers, neo-cloud providers, and enterprise customers, and help scale the commercial function as the business expands.

The role requires a proven ability to open markets, close high-value deals, and build a high-performing sales team across Europe. Exceptional negotiating and leadership skills are essential.

Formación

• Senior sales or business development experience within Data Centres, Colocation, Cloud or Digital Infrastructure.
• Established network across hyperscalers, neo-cloud, colocation or enterprise customers.
• Experience selling complex, high-value infrastructure and development opportunities.
• Proven track record of opening markets and generating significant new business.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Data Centre division.
• Build senior-level relationships with hyperscalers and enterprise customers.
• Identify and secure new data centre development and capacity opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and customer agreements at executive levels.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline across European markets.
