Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead commercial governance across high-value data centre projects in Spain and Europe. You will supervise cost management from feasibility through close-out, driving cost certainty and risk mitigation while guiding client relationships and project teams.

The role offers exposure to landmark digital infrastructure across Europe, with hybrid working and opportunities for regional leadership and career development.

Formación

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years in commercial management on large-scale projects.
• MRICS/AssocRICS or working towards chartered status preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial and cost management across multiple data centre projects.
• Develop commercial strategies aligning with client objectives.
• Provide senior leadership on cost planning, budgeting and reporting.
• Advise on procurement strategy, contracts and risk allocation.
• Oversee tender processes and contract awards.
• Lead negotiations under NEC/JCT forms and manage variations.
