LJB & Co in Europe is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit-out and data centre projects across Germany, Finland, Spain and Italy. You will oversee from pre-construction through handover, ensuring safety, schedules and budget adherence.

The role requires a minimum of 8 years in construction and at least 5 years as a Project Manager, with strong leadership, planning and client liaison skills.

• At least 5 years as a Project Manager.
• Experience delivering large commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Data centre project experience is highly desirable.
• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects from pre-construction through final handover.
• Develop programmes, labour plans and resource schedules.
• Coordinate design activities with clients and project teams.
• Manage budgets, procurement, commercial performance, and forecasting.
• Lead site management teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and implement recovery plans where required.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and HSEQ procedures.
• Manage project risks, variations, and client communications.
• Work closely with the Commercial Team on valuations and cost reporting.
• Chair project meetings and issue regular progress reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' construction experience.
• At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience delivering large commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of drywall, ceilings, partitions, raised access flooring, and complete interior fit-out packages.
• Data centre project experience is highly desirable.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Excellent leadership, planning, commercial, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on fast-paced construction projects.
• Full driving licence.
• Willingness to travel across Northern Europe.
