SAP is seeking a Technical Service Manager (TSM) within its Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) to oversee technical managed services for Customer Engagement from sale through the RISE contract lifecycle. You will own private cloud landscapes, ensuring stability, performance, and security while guiding customers on architectural decisions and end-to-end governance.

• In-depth SAP Basis experience in both implementation and steady-state scenarios.
• Experience with SAP HANA, Sybase and Unix/Linux environments is highly valued.
• Customer-facing technical leadership and crisis-management skills are essential.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional coordination across global teams.
• Certifications in SAP technologies and hyperscaler platforms are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end technical health of customer cloud landscapes across SAP products.
• Provide strategic cloud architecture and governance, defining roadmaps and standards.
• Identify and manage risks and escalations with stakeholders.
• Lead landscape lifecycle activities: upgrades, migrations, DR tests, major changes.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement for reliable cloud operations.
