SAP SE in Madrid, ES seeks a Senior Technical Service Manager (TSM) to own end-to-end technical health of customer cloud landscapes and provide strategic governance across SAP environments. The role requires hands-on SAP Basis experience and strong leadership across global teams.

You will drive upgrades, migrations, and DR planning, aligning with business goals and SAP cloud offerings. Fluency in English and a related bachelor degree are required.

Formación

• Hands-on SAP Basis experience required, across implementations and steady state.
• Experience with SAP HANA, Sybase, and Unix/Linux environments valued.
• Strong technical ownership and governance capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end technical health of customer cloud landscapes, ensuring stability and performance.
• Provide strategic cloud architecture and governance leadership with roadmaps and standards.
• Identify and manage risks, escalations, and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Lead landscape lifecycle activities including upgrades, migrations, DR testing, and SAP S/4HANA adoption.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement for reliable cloud operations and value realization.
