E-Solutions is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing operation of SAP solutions and services for key customers. You will bridge customers, delivery teams, architects, and operations, ensuring successful transitions, migrations, and steady-state operations.

You will own the customer relationship throughout the lifecycle, drive governance and service reviews, and strive for customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement across global delivery teams.

Formación

• 5+ years in IT Service Delivery, SAP Managed Services, Cloud Operations, or Customer Success Management.
• Bachelor's degree in a computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• ITIL knowledge or certification is valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary customer-facing leader for SAP solutions and services.
• Manage customer expectations, governance, escalations, and service reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including architects and operations.
• Oversee migrations, go-live readiness, and ongoing operations.
• Drive account growth through value realization and renewals.
