Job summary

SAP is seeking a Technical Service Manager (TSM) to oversee all technical managed service aspects of the Customer Engagement from the point of sale through the lifecycle of the RISE contract.

You will own end-to-end technical health of cloud landscapes, provide architectural governance, manage risks, and lead landscape lifecycle initiatives across SAP's Private Cloud offerings, collaborating with global teams to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP Basis experience in both implementation and steady-state scenarios.
• Experience with SAP HANA, Unix/Linux environments.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical health of customer cloud landscapes, ensuring stability and performance.
• Provide strategic cloud architecture and governance leadership, defining roadmaps and best practices.
• Identify and manage risks, incidents and escalations, coordinating resolution with customers and internal teams.
