Job summary
SAP SE is seeking a Technical Service Manager to oversee all technical managed service aspects of customer engagements within the Enterprise Cloud Services portfolio. You will act as the primary technical owner and strategic advisor for SAP private cloud landscapes, driving stability, optimization, and end-to-end governance across the SAP stack and RI SE with SAP contracts.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in SAP Basis administration in implementation and steady-state scenarios
- Experience with SAP HANA and Unix/Linux environments is highly valued
- Strong customer-facing and leadership capabilities across global, virtual teams
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical health of customer cloud landscapes including stability, performance, and compliance
- Provide strategic cloud architecture and governance leadership, defining roadmaps and standards
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and escalations with proactive actions and timely resolution
- Lead landscape lifecycle activities including upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery testing
- Drive automation and continuous improvement for reliable cloud operations
