Job summary

Intelli Owl is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead SAP cloud engagements with international customers. You will plan services, review requirements, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery with a customer-first mindset.

The role requires 6–10 years of experience, SAP domain knowledge, and excellent English communication to interact with management and technical teams across diverse environments.

Your main goals will be customer satisfaction and commercial success while driving the end-to-end customer engagement through onboarding, run and renewal phases.

German Language is a must.

About the Role

You will have three main areas of responsibility:

• Engagement Management: Plan & review of services in accordance with the customer’s requirements, manage Stakeholders
• Delivery Management: Day-to-day operations, support of projects, de-escalate critical engagements
• Account Management: Commercial account management and increase of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business or technology related field (e. g. Computer Science, Business Administration, etc.)

Required Skills

• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience.
• Must have SAP domain experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, ability to switch communication styles for technical and non-technical audience with confidence, including management level at customer.
• People with Lead experience who have customer interaction and client manangement are also acceptable
• Pro‑active, problem solving, "can-do" attitude and “customer first” mind.
• Strong engagement management, relationship building and de-escalation skills.
• Good understanding of SAP's cloud business, especially private cloud offering.
• Good understanding of SAP technical topic.
• Good understanding of SAP HANA database.
• Customer facing working experience.
• Accustomed to work in international environment.
