T-Systems Iberia seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager for T Cloud Public to lead cloud advisory, drive strategic growth, and manage customer success initiatives across national and international accounts. You will work with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud ecosystems, advocate AI-enabled cloud strategies, and ensure service excellence in a dynamic, hybrid-work environment.

Formación

• Degree in computer science, engineering or comparable training or education.
• Strong knowledge and experience in cloud and IT architecture, technology strategy, sales and business development.
• Strong knowledge of cloud ecosystems and experience with partners.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google, Rackspace offerings.
• Development of cloud platforms/hybrid cloud solutions with APIs, tools and integration frameworks.
• Fluent German and English written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic influence and development of the existing business of the assigned T Cloud.
• Provide comprehensive advice to customers on first-time use and optimization of cloud usage.
• Active participation in the respective vertical squad of the T Cloud Public.
• Prevent churn through proactive analysis and management of customers.
• Support the ongoing optimization and development of customer success management.
