Job summary

Ebury Madrid Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week. Ebury is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the share of clients who convert into hedgers and to build journeys, workflows and decision tools that drive conversion.

You will work at the intersection of product, data and commercial, collaborating with CPMs, Sales, Data, Design, Engineering, Compliance and clients to transform how exposure is understood and acted on.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience with end-to-end conversion, adoption or engagement outcomes.
• Strong analytics and experimentation skills: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, designing and interpreting A/B tests.
• Experience designing lifecycle journeys or triggered workflows, and the messaging that carries them.
• Fluent English required for daily collaboration with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end conversion journey into hedging backed by a dedicated squad of developers.
• Design and iterate journeys and decision tools that improve client conversion and understanding of exposure.
• Collaborate with CPMs, Data, Design, Engineering, Compliance and clients to drive outcomes.
• Measure and learn from experiments to grow hedging adoption and policy usage.
