Job summary

Ebury Madrid is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own how clients convert into hedging and to build journeys, workflows and decision tools that scale across the business. You will work at the intersection of product, data and commercial teams to move clients from exposure awareness to a standing hedging policy.

The role sits within a hybrid Madrid office, collaborating with CPMs, Sales, Data, Design and Engineering, and focusing on measurable improvements in conversion and client value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, including ownership of conversion/adoption/outcomes end-to-end.
• Strong analytics and experimentation skills (funnel, cohorts, A/B tests).
• Experience designing lifecycle journeys or triggered workflows and the messaging that carries them.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end conversion journeys into hedging with a dedicated squad.
• Design and implement guided journeys and lifecycle workflows across stages.
• Build decision tools for clients and tooling for CPMs to improve conversations and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Data, Analytics, Design, Engineering, Compliance and Sales to drive impact.
• Measure, learn and iterate on journey performance and conversion.
