Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Technical Adoption Specialist to join the Technical Adoption team within the Customer Success Management group. You will coach customers, drive adoption of Autodesk workflows, and act as a technical trusted advisor across large-scale engagements.

The role emphasizes automation, scripting in the AEC space, and collaboration with global teams to deliver measurable business outcomes using Autodesk solutions. Strong communication and multi-project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in related field.
• Advanced knowledge of AEC technologies and automation building blocks.
• Experience with Cloud APIs and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Understanding of HTTP methods and JSON responses.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with priorities.
• Agile mindset and quick learning in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product and workflow coaching sessions to help customers adopt Autodesk solutions.
• Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows and outcomes.
• Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions for end users.
• Act as a technical trusted advisor to help customers adopt Autodesk technology.
• Develop and maintain enablement content and learning resources.
