Job summary

Novartis in Sabadell seeks a Senior Change Management Specialist to drive enterprise technology adoption across global programs. You’ll own end-to-end change strategy, engage senior sponsors, and shape adoption outcomes.

Lead change management using Prosci/ADKAR, map stakeholders, measure adoption KPIs, and design integrated programs blending communications, training and reinforcement. AI transformation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in change management, transformation or related roles.
• Expertise in applying change management frameworks such as Prosci.
• Proven track record leading change initiatives for digital or AI-enabled transformations.
• Excellent facilitation and executive workshop leadership skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret adoption metrics and data.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in matrixed, multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with senior sponsors and cross-functional partners.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, mapping, and readiness plans.
• Lead change management methodologies to support technology and AI initiatives.
• Facilitate change discussions, assessments, and readiness workshops.
• Define and monitor adoption KPIs using feedback and sentiment analysis.
• Design integrated adoption programs blending communications, training, and reinforcement.
