Novartis in Barcelona is seeking an Associate Director, AI Product Manager to drive the development, launch and ongoing optimization of AI-powered products. The role collaborates with Line Function Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate vision into a concrete roadmap and lifecycle plans, balancing user needs with business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business or related field (minimum).
Master's degree in a relevant field desirable.
Excellent English skills (oral and written) required.
5+ years in life science sector with product management experience.

Responsibilities

Support product management of one or more AI-powered products in scope.
Coordinate development, launch and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
Translate product vision and strategy into roadmap and actions.
Manage the product lifecycle from MVP through scaling with data-driven decisions.
Track budget, ROI, and resource allocation while engaging stakeholders.
Collaborate with DDIT and external partners for delivery and transition to maintenance.
