Job summary

Novartis is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead (Scrum & Kanban) to empower cross-functional teams in Barcelona, Spain. You will coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, and drive predictable delivery outcomes across a global environment.

The role requires strong Scrum/Kanban expertise, extensive experience in delivery leadership, and hands-on with Jira, Confluence, and AI-enabled delivery tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• CSM/PSM or equivalent Agile certification.
• 10+ years of experience in product delivery, product management, or digital transformation environments.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Flow Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery across cross-functional digital product teams and strategic business initiatives.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies to drive alignment, transparency, and predictable delivery outcomes.
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and value-focused execution.
• Remove impediments and enable high-performing, self-organized teams.
• Optimize delivery flow using lead time, cycle time, throughput, and flow efficiency metrics.
• Educate stakeholders and influence Agile mindset adoption across business and technology organizations.
• Leverage AI-enabled practices and tools to improve team productivity and delivery effectiveness.
