Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. seeks a Senior Partner Sales Executive to drive partner-led growth across EMEA and APAC for CCaaS. You will recruit and scale partners, execute regional GTM motions, and enable partners to deliver AI-enabled Zendesk contact center solutions that accelerate revenue.

You will lead co-sell motions, manage pipeline, and collaborate with regional sales, product, and marketing teams to optimize partner-driven outcomes and customer value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partner/channel sales, alliance management, or partner GTM roles in SaaS/software; quota-carrying experience.
• Demonstrated success recruiting and growing partners and driving partner-influenced revenue across EMEA and/or APAC.
• Experience managing commercial negotiations and leading partner-led CCaaS, contact center, or related SaaS opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Execute the partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue plan for CCaaS across EMEA and APAC; develop repeatable partner GTM motions.
• Recruit, onboard, and scale CCaaS partners including SIs, resellers, consultancies, BPOs/MSPs, and tech alliances.
• Build partner capabilities across contact center transformation, AI, automation, and CX solutions.
• Lead co-sell motions with partners, coordinating with Zendesk account teams to increase win rates.
• Enable partners to commercialize Zendesk CCaaS and AI solutions through onboarding, packaged offerings, and service plays.
• Communicate Zendesk’s AI and CCaaS strategy to partners and customers with clear use cases and monetization.
• Maintain partner pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and regular performance reviews across EMEA and APAC.
• Collaborate with regional teams to execute partner campaigns and improve partner experience.
• Share partner feedback with Product and Engineering to shape CCaaS/AI roadmap.
