Seminole Hard Rock is seeking an Assistant General Manager to be the senior business leader in the cafe, upholding brand standards and driving the business to meet owners' objectives. Formación

• Proven hospitality industry experience including restaurant front-line operations.
• Bachelor's Degree in HRM/Business or Culinary preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate working financial comprehension to achieve the cafe's KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales to execute the Cafe Sales & Marketing plan and drive entrée growth.
• Mentor and coach junior management to understand financial goals and brand standards.
• Coordinate with the General Manager to set operating direction based on business insights.
• Ensure consistent delivery of brand standards across all products and services.
