Infovista is seeking an experienced Remote Program Manager to lead a critical IT infrastructure modernization initiative. The role focuses on strategy and execution, ensuring scalability, security and efficiency, with full remote capability across time zones.

You will guide cross-functional teams in a virtual setting, manage budgets, and drive best practices in infrastructure delivery. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in a remote-first environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 12+ years of IT project/program management experience.
• Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure modernization.
• Experience in remote, distributed teams across time zones.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure components (networks, servers, storage, cloud).
• PM methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2) and tools (MS Project Server/Jira).
• PMP, PgMP or equivalent certifications desirable.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication in English.

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex IT infrastructure modernization programs in a fully remote environment.
• In-depth knowledge of various IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage, cloud, security).
• Expertise in program management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
